Our per-head pricing keeps things simple, with your ceremony, reception, and dining all included. Packages are subject to seasonal change.

  • Our in-house design team can create customised print material that reflects your style—menus, place cards, seating charts or whatever you need. We can also source the printing too.

  • Bring the beauty of The Grove inside with native foliage from our 60-acre property.

  • Our in-house planner will take the stress out of sourcing and coordinating suppliers.

    We have a comprehensive list of trusted people we’ve worked with, but if you have someone particular in mind, that’s great too.

    Your own wedding planner gives you personalised support throughout the entire planning process, ensuring a seamless wedding day experience.

  • Add a playful touch to your day with our lawn games. Perfect for guests to mingle, relax, and enjoy the outdoor vibe between ceremony and reception.

  • Need extra seating for your ceremony? Additional white chairs are available at $2.50 per chair to ensure all your guests are comfortably accommodated.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • - A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit $2000

    - A security bond of $1000 is required at the time of booking. This bond will be held against any damages, excessive cleaning, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. The bond will be refunded within 7 business days after the event, subject to inspection of the venue.

  • - The balance payment must be received in full, either 30 days prior to the event or as agreed by both parties.

    - In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel this contract without notice to you and any payments already paid will be forfeited.

    - Three progress payments are required after the initial deposit is received. 14 days after booking your wedding 25% of invoice is required, 

    - 6 months out from your date 50% is required with the final 25% due 30 days before your wedding. 

    - Any additional costs incurred during the event (e.g., extra staff hours, damages) will be deducted from the bond. If these costs exceed the bond amount, the hirer will be invoiced for the outstanding balance, payable within 14 days.

  • - Unplanned labour staff will be charged to the hirer 

    Rates & Fees

    -Labour costs will be charged at a rate of $80 per hour. Overtime rates may apply if staff are required

  • - If either party is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government mandated closures, neither party will be held liable for any damages resulting from such events.

  • - In the unlikely event that the venue must cancel the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund including the deposit.

    - The venue reserves the right to cancel the wedding in the event the client fails to make progress payments as outlined in section 1. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited and no further refunds will be issued.

  • - If you wish to cancel your event after confirming the booking, your deposit will not be refunded.

    - In the event that you cancel the booking less than 90 days before the event date, the entire outstanding balance will still be payable.

    - In the event you cancel the booking between 6 months and 3 months prior to the event date 50% of the total contract price will be due.

  • - We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, theft or damage of personal property or injury or death to anyone attending your event.

    - You agree to indemnify us against all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from any act or omission by you, your guests, or contractors.

  • -All suppliers engaged by the hirer (e.g., caterers, entertainment, decorators) must hold valid public liability insurance

  • - By paying the deposit to the venue hire agreement, the hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

    Damages & Liability

    - The hirer is responsible for any damage to the venue, its fixtures, or equipment caused by themselves, their guests, or suppliers during the period.

    - The Venue is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property of the hirer or their guests during the event.

  • The maximum number of guests allowed will be agreed upon during the booking process.

    You will be responsible for ensuring that your guests comply with all the venue rules, policies and regulations during the event.

  • - The hirer must comply with all local laws, regulations, and venue policies during the event.

    - The hirer must ensure that all activities conducted at the venue do not disturb the peace or cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties.

  • - The hirer must adhere to the agreed event start and end times. Any extension beyond the agreed times must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

  • Management reserves the right to eject any guests whose behaviour is abusive or creates a nuisance to staff and/or other guests.
