The Olive Grove
A Taste of South Gippsland
Our olive grove thrives in a Mediterranean-style climate and fertile soils, the perfect conditions for producing award-winning extra virgin olive oil. Each olive is handpicked at its peak and cold-pressed on-site using a centrifugal method that preserves its natural character.
The result is fruity notes and distinctive peppery finish, a true expression of the land and season. More than just an ingredient, it’s a cornerstone of our kitchen and a proud symbol of The Grove’s commitment to quality, sustainability and authenticity.
The Trufferie
A Unique Feature
The Grove isn’t just an olive estate, it is also home to a working Trufferie, a rare truffle orchard that beautifully complements the olive grove. This path becomes an enchanting aisle leading towards the ceremony, framed by the quiet beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The Trufferie also provides a striking backdrop for photography and peaceful corners for quiet reflection. It is a setting that feels both timeless and intimate, offering couples a truly distinctive place to begin their story together.

Shining Gum Forest
Thoughtfully Regenerated
Once the heartland of traditional Blue Gum country, The Grove Gippsland’s 60-acre property now includes a thoughtfully regenerated eucalyptus forest. These mature blue-gum stands thrive in the region’s Mediterranean-style climate and form the backbone of the site’s natural charm. Wander the forest paths to discover native wildlife, shaded clearings, and expansive views across South Gippsland’s rolling hills.
