Origins

Krowera Hills Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Planted in the fertile, clean coastal air of South Gippsland’s Bass Coast hinterland, the Krowera Hills grove benefits from a cool maritime climate.

This slower ripening environment produces olives with complex flavours and naturally higher antioxidant levels, resulting in oil that is both delicious and nutritionally rich. Hand-harvested and cold-pressed on-site within hours, the oil retains its freshness and purity.

Renowned for its balance of fruitiness, pungency, and peppery bite, our extra virgin olive oil opens with fresh green fruit on the nose, carrying notes of cut grass and herbs. The palate reveals a mid-layer richness of nuts and ripe olive fruit, leading to a clean, peppery finish with lingering complexity. The result is an oil celebrated for its smooth character, bold flavour, and versatility in the kitchen.
